Compass Group and Chef’s Cafe is a full-service operation designed and developed to meet all your catering needs. We know how important your event is to you. Our Catering Director will facilitate the planning, execution and Implementation of your gathering and our Executive Chef is available for custom menu planning. Whether it’s an office meeting for 12, a formal dinner for 120, a themed reception for 1200, or a company-wide celebration, we guarantee timeliness, meeting budgetary obligations and dependability in supporting your needs.

From wait staff to wine list, flowers and menus…. you can rest assured that no detail is too small, and nothing overlooked.

How It Works

Catering orders will include all necessary plates, utensils, napkins and condiments in quantities consistent with your order. We also supply all food and beverage equipment needed to ensure food is served properly. China and linen service can be rented for your event for an additional charge. Our catering attendants will deliver and set-up your order at your requested location.

To insure prompt delivery, please place your orders at least 24 hours prior to your catered event. With hot food delivery, a 48 hour advanced notice is preferred. Additional notice may be required for certain special menu items ordered and cakes which require a 72 hour notice. Custom built menus also require at least 72 hours lead time depending on the items ordered and availability according to the Executive Chef.

Hours of Operation

Delivery hours are 6:30 AM to 4:00 PM

*Orders delivered outside delivery hours will incur an off hour labor charge

*Minimum delivery is $25.00. If this amount is not met, the difference will be added to the bill.

*Same day cancellations will be billed for prepared and perishable items.

*A change in conference room after delivery has occurred may also result in a service charge.

Last Minute Orders

We ask for a 24-hour notice for catering orders but understand that last minute needs do arise.

Last minute orders will be accepted; however, menu selection and delivery time must be flexible. Orders are delivered in the order they are taken.

A special handling charge will apply on:

*Requests received after 3:00 PM the day prior to delivery

*Same day orders, or additions to orders after delivery has occurred

*Changing conference rooms after delivery has occurred

Please contact the catering office for your last-minute needs and we will make every effort to accommodate them.

Additional Service

If you are hosting an important all-day event or a large-scale town hall that requires more attention that just a setup, delivery and pick up, we can arrange for you to have a catering attendant to tend to any immediate needs that arise. Speak to our catering manager to schedule an attendant to make sure your event is a success!

Cancellations

Our orders are made just for you; therefore, cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance. When this is not possible, please let us know if we can deliver your order to another location. Cancellation fees may apply.
